The 4-H Cultural Arts Festival is an opportunity for 4-H youth to show their talent in theater/speaking, music, dance, and artwork for family members and the public. Youth are evaluated and given feedback on their presentations or submissions and have the opportunity to earn certificates of achievement and ribbons. All youth participants must register at Cultural Arts Festival Registration by no later than March 17, 2017.
