StrongBodies Classes for Women and Men – new classes in September, 2018

Reflecting iStrong Bodies logots broadened scope and audience, StrongBodies is the new name for the former StrongWomen and Strong Bones programs.

This strength-training program is for both women and men, with an emphasis on those 40 years of age and older. Previous classes have included participants in their 70s and 80s. In addition to building stronger bones, the program increases strength, flexibility, and balance.

Preregistration is required. New participants 70 years of age and over will need written doctor’s permission. In the past the fee has been $15 for the whole 9-week program. We hope to maintain this fee, but it is possible that it may change.
