Spring Strong Bones Classes start in March 2017

Strong Bones is a program for women and men of all ages. Each class includes progressive strength training, flexibility, and balance activities.


Strong Women Logo webNew classes in Medford, Goodrich, and Rib Lake start the week of March 20, 2017, and run for 9 weeks.

  • Medford – Multi-purpose Building at Fairgrounds
    Mon & Wed: 8:30-9:30 a.m. or 4:15-5:15 p.m.
    Tues & Thurs: 8-9 a.m., or 5-6 p.m.
  • Goodrich Town Hall
    Mon & Wed: 9-10 a.m.

  • Rib Lake Senior Center
    Tues & Thurs: 8:30-9:30 am and 4:30-5:30 p.m.

$15 for all 9 weeks.

Must preregister.
Those 70 years of age and older need doctor’s permission when first enrolling.
